Oscar and Maira Hernandez Of Corner Kitchen

I must confess I broke a cardinal Faturday rule on our prior Corner Kitchen episode as I usually wait to review a place until after they have been open for about a month…but I couldn’t help myself as the food looked too fun. 

Well, on this episode we have the creators of that food Chef Oscar Hernandez and fellow Corner Kitchen owner Maira Hernandez. We of course talk about Corner Kitchen, places Maira and Oscar like to eat and I really dig the part where we get to talk about the cuisine of Mexico specifically the different types of tortas…chiliquiles torta anyone?
