We met Indalecio Penaloza of La Poblanita way back in March of 2021 when TJ and I were doing parking lot dining for all of our eats due to the pandemic. We ordered quite a bit from the sandal inspired huarache to the amazing deeply flavored chicken mole. Indy stopped out to talk to us about our meal (and maybe wondered a bit about these crazy guys tailgating in his lot).
