Andrew and Alejandra Miller of Casanova’s Butchery

On today’s show caring and passion for their craft on display as Casanova’s Butchery owners Alejandra and Andrew Miller talk with me at the store about their mission to provide an experience where your neighborhood provider is your friend. Andrew has been a butcher at local spots like Wholners and Alejandra a Chef at La Buvette in the old market.
